Water Use Restriction Notice Effective July 13, 2026 To all CGIO water users: The Logan River has dropped below the 200 CFS threshold, currently measuring 195 CFS . As a result, Cache Highline Water Association (CGIO) is implementing mandatory water use restrictions, effective immediately. How This Affects You Your watering allotment is based on the size of your lot and irrigable acreage.
